How success is assessed
Critical-role coverage, validated capability, onboarding readiness, time to accepted contribution, team continuity and delivery performance. Hiring volume alone is not the measure of a functioning capability.
Commercial clarity
Staff augmentation is measured and contracted around agreed capacity and role responsibilities. A managed team or service requires its own deliverables, governance and acceptance model. Adding a team lead does not by itself turn a staffing arrangement into an outcome-based service.
