Before we begin
Questions worth asking.
Can we begin with a single problem?
Yes. An assessment, a defined project or a focused capability team can be an appropriate starting point. Scope and expected outputs are agreed before mobilisation.
Does Averanta execute every service through its own employees?
The delivery structure is agreed for the mandate. Averanta contracts directly and owns the agreed delivery scope. Senior leaders, technical and domain specialists and delivery partners are brought together for the work. Their roles and client dependencies are established before mobilisation.
Can you work with our existing providers?
An engagement can include coordination with existing providers where access, responsibilities and cooperation are agreed. We first establish the interfaces, dependencies and decisions needed for delivery.
How do you measure value?
We agree a baseline and success measures relevant to the problem. These can cover cost, service quality, turnaround time, readiness, adoption or risk. Capacity released is reported separately from cash savings.
How do you support technology businesses seeking growth?
We work actively with founders and senior teams on positioning, GTM, enterprise readiness, practice development, strategic pursuits and operating discipline. Partnership structures reflect the scope, required involvement and agreed responsibilities.
Can you provide relevant references?
Founder experience can be discussed with accurate attribution. Any client reference, endorsement or third-party case detail is shared only where consent and disclosure rights permit. Available partner references are identified during qualification.
How long does an engagement take?
Duration depends on scope, access, complexity, approvals and client dependencies. The proposed plan states milestones and assumptions rather than applying one timeline to every mandate.
Do you offer outcome based commercials?
Where outcomes are measurable and responsibilities are clear, suitable commercial structures can be considered. The baseline, acceptance criteria, dependencies and treatment of scope changes must be agreed first.
How are data and confidentiality handled?
The engagement defines access, confidentiality, approved systems, data-processing responsibilities and handover or deletion requirements. Client data is used only within the authorised scope and agreed environment.
Can a team or service be transferred later?
A transfer can be considered where feasible, but it requires an agreed plan for people, assets, licences, knowledge, third-party contracts and acceptance. It is not implied by a standard staffing or managed-service engagement.
Can you define retained and partner-delivered GCC services?
Yes. We map the service catalogue and responsibilities across headquarters, the centre and providers, then recommend the ownership model and transition gates. The design reflects client authority, capability, risk and service economics.
Do you provide legal and tax advice?
Qualified specialists lead those workstreams. Averanta can coordinate them within a mandate, with contracting arrangements and responsibilities established in advance.
