This private preview uses an email-based enquiry form. Form entries stay in your browser until you choose to open your email application and send them. No enquiry database, marketing trackers or optional analytics are enabled by Averanta. The notice below describes the proposed launch practices and must be confirmed against the final setup before public launch.
Who we are and how to contact us
Averanta Global Services LLP operates the Averanta website at averantaglobal.com. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit the website, send an enquiry or contact us by email. It does not replace the separate data-handling terms agreed for a customer engagement.
For privacy enquiries, requests or complaints, email connect@averantaglobal.com with the subject Privacy request. Shailendra Puri, Founder & CEO, oversees the handling of these requests on behalf of Averanta.
Information covered by this notice
If you enquire, we collect your name, work email, organisation and message. You may also provide your role, area of interest and timing. Email correspondence may include your contact details and information relevant to the discussion.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Please avoid including confidential customer materials or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your request, arrange discussions and evaluate a possible customer or partnership relationship. We use technical information to operate the website, resolve problems and protect it against misuse. Information may also be retained where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation or address a dispute.
Submitting an enquiry asks us to use the information for that discussion. We do not treat it as permission to enrol you in a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign. If a future activity requires separate consent, we will explain the activity and provide the appropriate choice.
Who may receive information
Authorised Averanta personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security and email may handle information as needed for these purposes. Relevant specialists may receive limited enquiry information where needed to evaluate your request, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and optional tracking
The launch website is intended to use only functions necessary for operation and security. Averanta does not enable advertising trackers, optional analytics or newsletter subscriptions at launch. Our hosting platform may use necessary cookies or similar technologies. Any later optional tracking will be explained before activation, with choices provided where required.
Retention
We normally retain an enquiry that does not develop into an ongoing relationship for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact. We then delete it or remove identifying details, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for a documented dispute or security matter.
Information relating to an ongoing customer or partner relationship is handled under the relevant agreement and retention requirements. Technical logs follow the hosting and security service’s applicable retention settings and legal requirements. Any legally required retention takes precedence over a shorter operational period.
Storage and international handling
Averanta’s delivery is centred in India. Website and email providers may store or process information in other countries. We consider the provider arrangements and applicable transfer requirements when selecting services. India-centred delivery does not mean every website or email record is stored only in India.
Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information and services involved, including restricted access and appropriate provider controls. No website or communication system can offer absolute security. A suspected privacy or security issue can be reported to connect@averantaglobal.com.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct information, stop an enquiry discussion, explain its use or delete information that no longer needs to be retained. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it by emailing the same address; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We may retain information where an applicable legal obligation requires it.
Rights available under applicable law may include access to a summary of processing, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination. We handle statutory requests according to the provisions in force and applicable to the processing. We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing or changing information and may ask for enough detail to locate it.
Complaints and external remedies
Please contact us first so that we can examine and address your concern. This does not limit any complaint or remedy available under applicable law, including recourse to a competent authority where its process is available and applicable.
Children and external websites
Our website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through the enquiry process. Other websites linked from ours operate under their own privacy notices.
Updates
We update this notice when our website practices change. The effective date will be displayed on the published notice. The version applicable to a customer engagement is governed by its separate agreement where relevant.
